Pris Hayes is fair-minded and inclusive, a woman of integrity. She is a fresh voice for the best interests of those who make Richardson home.
A corporate technical trainer and manager by profession, Pris has industry experience, life experience and education that qualifies her to help lead our city. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship and a Masters degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior and Change Management.
Her experience encompasses retail, staffing, university-industry partnerships, and the defense industry in a technical and engineering training capacity, working with multi-million dollar budgets, serving a corporate campus of over 4,000 people, primarily engineers.
Pris was born and raised in the historic town of Fort Smith, Arkansas. She is of Irish, German, Scottish, English and First Nations ancestry and is a proud Southerner and American. She has lived in Texas since 1993 and came to Richardson with her husband, Terry, a network engineer, who is her best friend of 21 years. With her broad skill set, hometown values, and a commitment to spend the time it takes, Pris Hayes is ready and able to go to work for the people of Richardson.
